Warm because it irritates mucous membranes and sensitive skin!. (Our insides are mucous membranes)!. It "burns"!. Try putting some on your nuts!. Or up your nose!.

Cold because it evaporates quickly!. The heat from your body gets carried away by the vapor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
