You don't want it raised to 21 just look to the United States it's a disaster here!. We have major issues with under age drinking!. When you raise the bar on the age of alcohol consumption you make it a rite of passage to adulthood!. All societies have rites of passage from childhood into adulthood and children by nature want nothing more than to be adults!. So if you make it a rite of passage they will want it more!. The real problems start when they do get a hold of alcohol because their are no adults around to guide them so they binge drink and fail to understand social restraint!. You don't want to go down that road!. You will not keep alcohol from youth, prohibition has never and will never be successful!. also remember drug dealers don't ID! Nothing positive can come from raising the drinking age to 21!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

IMHO the age where one is considered mature enough to drink, vote, drive and enlist in the Armed Forces of a Country should be the same!.
