*Hypoglycemia
*Gastritis
*Increased susceptibility to infections
*Cardiac arrhythmia
*Anemia
*Constant flushing of facial edema

*Pancreatitis

IMO! Alcohol is definitly more harmful!. One reason is because some people who drink become aggressive!. Some choose to drive and kill people!. Then there are the ones that act stupid and get themselves hurt!. Alcohol also does terrible things to your liver, stomach (ulcers) and brain cells!. Alcohol is also more addicting!.!.!.people would argue that it isn't, but having used both on a regular basis, I know which one is more addictive!.
Then there is pot!. People never become aggressive when they are high!. If they have enough energy to get off the couch and drive, their perception isn't as distorted as when drunk!. They act stupid too, but generally while sitting on the couch giggling with buddies!. Pot will kill brain cells and harms the lungs, but not nearly as bad as alcohol!. The only other down side to smoking pot is the lack of ambition you get if you smoke too often!.

Well both are pretty harmful in their own right, but I would say the marijuana is because of the great capacity to get emphysema!. also the thc binds to receptor sites in the brain causing the loss of neurons!. Anything that kills brain cells in my opinion is worse than anything else!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I think alcohol is more harmful to your body!. When was the last time you turned on the news and saw a family killed by a stoned driver!? How many times do you turn on the tv and see a family killed by a drunk driver!?

This is not an easy one!. I don't know what makes you think that!. Both alcohol and marijuana are widely used dangerous drugs, which may cause short-term and long-term effects to humans!. However, weed is a little worse, but alcohol is really bad as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I personally don't even like Marijuana, but it does seem to be the safer choice!. Take violence for example!. I have never heard of anyone smoking weed going out and doing anything violent or mean!. Drunk people use violence all of the time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Alcohol obviously is worse for your body, but in my experience I can handle my drunk better then my high!. I feel more prone to harm when I'm high, because it causes me to lose a lot more reaction time compaired to being drunk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
