It doesn't really make you burn calories!. It helps you lose weight in the sense that you are being hydrated from a 0 calorie water rather than a 160 calorie soda!. You also can eat less food and feel full if you drink water first since it obviously will occupy space in your stomach!.

BTW, about this flush out toxins thing!. You do realize that soda is made of water, right!? Juices are all water based!. Even beer is 95% water!. So why does drinking water work any better than these other liquids!? It's complete nonsense!. Your comparison would have to be between someone who doesn't drink anything and someone who drinks water!. Obviously the water drinker is healthier, but they would be equally as healthy compared to the person who is dehydrating themselves if they were drinking soda or juice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
