Locating and ordering beer from distributor? ?!
How to find imported beer distributor in Philadelphia!? Can regular person order from beer distributor or its has to be a business!? What’s minimal ordered of cases!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

I am aware that the beer laws in PA are all sorts of messed up!. I'm heading there for thanksgiving and my friend warned me that you can only buy in cases!.!.!.
The other thing I noticed is that a lot of the stores which sell beer to the public call themselves beer distributors!. So, I'm not sure exactly what you are referring to -- a beer store!. In other states, we have breweries which sell to distributors which sell to retailers!. So we use the word distributor to refer to something like a "beer wholesaler," to borrow a term from the retail industry!.
I believe, but I'm far from certain on this one, that you need to have an alcohol license for the sale of beer to order it from a "wholesaler!." So a regular person could not have it shipped to their house (there could be exceptions, in MA we cannot have alcohol imported to the state without getting taxed, so they simply forbit interstate shipments!. However liquor stores can ship within state to MA residents as long as they package it in MA so that the alcohol was taxed in MA!.)

On the right side is a link, LOCATE, where some nice user may have said where they bought it!. If there's some beer store that was selling it in your area, give them a call!. The other choice would be to go to the same site, and on the left is a link called DIRECTORY under Travel & Events!. Select US and then PA, and then Beer Stores and you'll get a list of all reviewed beer stores!. My advice would be to find a highly rated one that is reasonably close, call them and see if they have what you want!. In Philly, it might be easier to go to NJ to get what you want!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
