Beaujolais nouveau 2008 .. A collectable year or not ..?!
It's Beaujolais day !.!.!. woohoo!. I would imagine 2008 to be a low production year, would that make Beaujolais collectable !.!. or is there something about it that just doesn't "keep" Www@FoodAQ@Com

Beaujolais Nouveau is never collectable!. It's made to be drunk right away!. The only way it would ever be collectable is as a novelty!. It's not going to age well and no one will buy it for prestige!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
Nouveau Beaujolais should be drunk within one year from when it is produced!. It is not a collectible wine!. It does not store very well at all!.
