When it comes to Champagnes, I'm not an admirer of dry either!. I prefer sparkling wines and Prosecco!. I'd drink a bottle of Martini and Rossi Asti Spumati over a $200 bottle of Dom any day!.

Last New Year's I bought a really great pink champagne called Gruet !. It was very tasty, didn't need anything added!. I think it was about $30 !. Mumm's is also a great brand!.
