iv been to america and japan, and in japan it is 20 for both and in america it is 20 to start drinking and im not sure about smoking

i know United Kingdom is 18 to drink but i also know that in Italy and places they do allow young children to have small glasses of wine with their meals!. They don;t get wasted of course!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
