German Riesling in a Blue Bottle?!

Question: German Riesling in a Blue Bottle!?
A year ago I tried this wonderful Riesling in a very tall blue bottle with what I believe was a house on the label!. I thought the name of the wine was Leonard Kreusch but I checked online and it doesn't look like that brand comes in a blue bottle!. I haven't since been able to find the wine and I don't remember the name, somebody please help!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Many, rieslings come in a blue bottle!. Kreusch does have some in a blue bottle!. Do you know what king of riesling it was!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Do you remember anything about the vintage!? If you know the approximate price and where you bought the wine from you might be able to talk to the supplier!. If you can remember the style that will be very helpful!. It might be that you like a certain style and you can narrow your search down that way!.

also, try the link at the bottom to see if you can find the blue bottle variety!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Maybe a riesling from "Diel"!? They have blue bottles for some of their wines!. And they have a picture/drawing, not of a house, but of the whole complex of their estate, but there's a big house in the middle!. And I know they sell to the US through an importer!. Unfortunately they only have a homepage in German (www!.schlossgut-diel!.de), but when you click on "Weine" in the left-hand column, you can see some of their labels!. They have differently designed ones (more modern and more traditional), so make sure you scroll all the way down!.

Anyway, there are so many Rieslinge sold in blue bottles that everything on here is a wild guess!. But I hope you find that wine again!

Good Luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ask in any package store or state liquor dealer!. They usually know all the Rieslings and will identify the one you had!.The one I remember was Blue Nun Riesling !. Very tasty and reasonably priced!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Check out Hans Lang!. There is a manor/house on their labels!. Not sure this is what you're looking for, but sounds like it's probably right!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

It sounds like Blue Nun!. If not, look for this it is a great wine either way!. Good luck!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
