I have a relative who was arrested recently (actually, for an old WARRANT)!. He was released AGAIN!. Of course, there were conditions to this release; but, I wonder if he will fulfill them!. He is adamant about continuing his drinking, though it is causing him LEGAL PROBLEMS in his life!. When does someone realize they need to STOP drinking, when all signs indicate it is creating unnecessary problems in their lives!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

If he is having regular problems because he is drinking, then he is a problem drinker!.
But unfortunately you can't make him stop!. Only he can do that!. Usually it happens after things get so bad they can't stand it!. All you can do is watch the train wreck and maybe help pick up after!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Everyone has their own lowest point!. With a compulsive drinker, unfortunately there is nothing you can do to stop the decline!. You just have to wait it out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
