Answers:
No, halsca, the "hard stuff" will not evaporate!. Alcohol does not evaporate in room temperatures!. Yes, beer will go flat and taste less than good, but the alcohol remains!. And liquor will remain just as strong!. Wine will start to turn (almost to vinegar) but will still be alcoholic!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No the alcoholic content is still the same but without the carbonation beer just doesn't taste the same!. It'll get you just as drunk but I've heard that drinking flat beer with give you a mean hangover!. Wine will loose it's flavor too but remain just as potent!. The hard stuff will just evaporate!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The taste will change but not because of less alcohol!. Losing the fizz will change the taste too!. But in your case with the open liquor bottle from last night, I think someone drank from it and filled it with water!.!.surely you have considered that possibility!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Alcohol is more volatile than water so it will evaporate faster!. I think you would need to leave it out for a long time to notice anything though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
