Ask anyone you are in contact with on a regular basis, coworkers if you work, other students if you're in college, neighbors, friends of friends!.!.!. etc!.
And don't feel awkward asking!. Just a simple "Hey wanna grab a few drinks tonight!?" will usually work!.
