Making homemade wine?!
Does anybody know who to go about making a few bottles of homemade wine, a while ago my friend had some made with grape juice brought from a supermarket and a couple of other ingredients like yeast and sugar or something, anyway it was delicious and i would like to have ago at making my own!.!.
also if you know anything simmular for a homemade cider then that would be quite nice ,, thanks

You can buy a pack from any large superstore that has most of the ingredients you need and it also tells you how to make it!.
You will need to buy some additional ingredients but these don't cost very much and also a demijon, an airlock, a couple of bungs and a syphon as well as the bottles and corks on completion
You will also have to keep the wine at approx 20degC to aid fermentation!.
There is a bit of work involved but its well worth it in the end!.It takes about 2 months before the wine is ready to drink and if you leave it another 3-4 months is should improve!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can start with a kit or you can buy the juice, yeast, etc separately!. If there is a home brew store near you, that is the best place to start!. You will get good advice free along with your purchases!. If not, get your hands on First Steps in Winemaking by C!.J!.J!. Berry!. Find a supplier of winemaking/beermaking supplies!. There are many winemaking kits that are very easy for the beginner!. Follow the directions and you'll be fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
