Question: A Few Questions On Alcohol Infusing!?
Hey People!
Few questions here!.!.!. All about alcohol infusing!.!.!.

1!. I've infused Vodka with a number of other items before: Chilli's - Skittles, and even a mars bar (well that was done last night)!.!.!. BUT I want to know, Can this be done with all spirits!? IE: Ouzo!.!.!. Absinth!.!.!. Rum!?

2!. I've been told to enfuse Mars Bars correctly with vodka the bottle should be placed inside a dishwasher (to head the choc) - Wouldnt the heat smash the glass!?

3!. Will bannana Chips (the yogart ones) infuse with vodka!? - I know bannana's themselves will, but this takes a number of weeks - and I dont have that long before the party!!!

Answers:
Seven days at room temperature will infuse any spirit or alcohol!. Once, infused strain the infusion of everything you put in it and chill it in the fridge to help prevent any spoilage!.

At work we infuse our rums, vodkas!. sakes, gins with everything from, pineapples, bananas, mellons, berries, cucumbers, herbs, hard candies like jolly ranchers, and so on!. The possibilities are endless!.

As far as the yogurt banana chips your better off using fresh bananas its faster for the infusion!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
