You can drink one drink per 60 minute period and still be legal to drive!. So someone can go to a bar for a 3 hour stint, chug down 3 or 4 beers and shoot some pool, have a burger and hang out before finally leaving sober enough to drive!.

Because most adults should know when to call a cab to get home in!.Before cars were invented the horse would know the way home and steer for you!.People have a tendency to want too much of a good thing and over indulge,you have to put your car somewhere when you get there!.AAA has Dial a tow for any driver that feels he is too tipsy to drive this year!.Me,I was cured after cleaning police station holding cells as a janitor at 19 and seeing how terrible a drunk looks!.I restrict myself to a glass of wine with dinner,once or twice a year,usually with us walking home or my wife driving!.(She can't have alcohol with her high blood pressure pills!.)My father in law's hobby was Moon shining,his family was a wreck because of it!.His son's can't understand why I abstain from beer!.(I get tested randomly for drugs and alcohol as a truck driver)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Because some people go their to relax with friends and have a few drinks and not get DRUNK!. You can have been drinking and still be fine for driving!.
