It also depends on how much you weigh, whether or not you have an empty stomach, whether you're male or female, etc!. In general, females, thinner people, and people with an empty stomach "feel" drunk or high faster than males, heavier people, and people who drink/smoke on a full stomach!.
In general, you usually feel at least some effect within 5-15 minutes, but a small female with an empty stomach may feel an immediate impact, whereas a large male who drinks/smokes after a heavy meal may not feel much of an impact at all!.!.!.

With drinking it depends on what you're drinking and how fast!. It can take a long time for me to get drunk from beer!. But if I do a couple of double shots of JD in a row I'll feel buzzed like a minute later!.
When I'm smoking a bowl by myself I usually start to feel a little high after like my 3rd hit, but I never timed it!.

i think it depends on how much you've eaten throughout the day and how much you weigh!.!.!.not nec!. how much you drink!.!.!.of course the more you drink the longer you'll be drunk for!.!.!.hence hangovers!.!.!. i say as long as you do it moderatly and calsually have fun!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
well i dk really but all i know is the first time i drunk alcohol i got drunk on a big bottle of wkd and i fell on my dog i spose it depends but i was very drunk and i couldent hardly walk :S
