If you over heat the mulled wine it will burn off some of the alcohol but not all of it!. So if you want to drive you shouldn't chance it!.

Yes of course!.
You will get less drunk than expected if you mull it too much!. I mean with heat you may lose some alc and thus the buzz too!. But otherwise sure get a nice holiday buzz from a mulled wine no problem!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
