Does anybody like Japanese Sake (Rice wine)? If you do, do you prefer to drink it hot or cold?!

Sake is great, and that's the preferred way to drink it - cold!. Although some people drink it hot as a seasonal preference, the heat muddles the subtle flavors and aromas!. Often, inexpensive sake is served hot!. High end sake is intended to be consumed cold, and that's the way I like it, for sure!. Nice and cold is good!Www@FoodAQ@Com
