Nutrition-wise, dietitians say it's one of the worse things you can ingest!. My mother served it regularly during holidays when I was growing up!. Yesterday she celebrated her 84th birthday!.

i think it is alright!. Most people don't like it!. Its very heavy, creamy and sweet tasting!. I have no idea how people can drunk off of it, one cup fills me up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
