How do I serve merlot?!


Question: How do I serve merlot!?
I usually drink cabernet or pinot grigio and I know how to serve those!.!.!. but I am having company who likes merlot and I need to know how to serve it!? Some sites say chilled some say room temp!? Any suggestions!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

The term room temperatur is a holdover from long ago!. Back in the days before efficient heating!. It was more like cellar temp!. About 55 deg F!. So cool, not chilled!.

Room temperature and uncork it about 20 minutes before you serve it!.
