Answers:
In short, red wines have it!. The skins of dark red/purple-blue/near black grapes contain resveratrol!. That the French drink prodigious amounts of red wine is considered a factor in why they have such low rates of cardiac deaths (the French Paradox) despite their butter/cream laden diet!.

Research this through the Mayo Clinic, they have some great articles on resveratrol and its potential health benefits!. By the way, resveratrol and polyphenols you mention can also be found in regular "red" grape juice, without the alcohol!. Some claim the same health benefits!.

Cautionary note - some have suggested that the tannins in red wine contribute to its reputed health benefits!. No!. Tannins act as preservative that allows red wine to age or keep from spoiling, not as a perservative for humans!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
