Question: Home made baileys irish cream!?
Does anyone have any recipes for irish cream without the use of eggs!?

my father`s old recipe from Ireland over 100 years in de family!.
Bailey's Irish Cream Recipe


Ready in: < 30 minutes

Serves/Makes: 4


Ingredients:
1 cup light cream
1 (14 oz!.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 2/3 cup Irish Whiskey
1 teaspoon instant coffee
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract





Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed for 30 seconds!. Place in a tightly sealed bottle and refrigerate!.

Serving Ideas : Shake well before serving!. NOTES : Liqueur will keep for 2 months if refrigerated!.

sorry, i had to respond after i saw "I wonder" answer saying that it was his family's recipe, then looked like he copied/pasted a recipe he found on the 'net!.!.!. doing a quick search, i found the SAME reciepe with the exact same instructions on cdkitchen!.!.!.
