No freedom of choice in England!? Did they also ban cigarettes entirely!? What of the freedom of choice of those who don't wish to breath, smell, or stink of cigarette smoke!? I hear that lost freedom ideology bandied about in the US as well and you know what!? Most people are never going to buy into, they're too smart for that!.
Your next argument will be that beer drinkers aren't banned but cigarette smokers are and it is discriminatory!. Don't worry though, again people will be too smart to buy into that tripe!. They know that they can sit next to a beer drinker all night, choose not to drink, and at the end of the night will be sober and not wreak of beer and that is why cigarettes are banned and not beer!. You can't sit next to a smoker for any measurable time and not breathe cigarette smoke and smell of it!. the amount of regulations that would have to be taken care of just to meet a smoking only pub would probably cost over a few million ￡ to set up!. so if anyone could afford to do it, they wouldnt open a pub!.
