Question: Which brewers/breweries are considered the "beer revolution" in the USA!?
Answers:
Tough call!.

I will list the people I feel are the "founding fathers," of the American beer revolution and you can decide who or what is best!.

1!. Fritz Maytag: Anchor Brewing, San Francisco
2!. Jack McAuliff/Don Barkley: New Albion Brewing, Sonoma, CA (defunct 1983)

3!. Ken Grossman & Paul Cumusi Sierra Nevada Brewing, Chico , CA

4!. Bert Grant: Grant Ales, Seattle, WA
Bert is kind of funny as he claims the title for himself!.

My main credit goes to Fritz Maytag for being the firat brewer since the American Prohibition of alcohol to brew a real ale!. But then Jack McAuliff was the first "micro-brewer" of the modern era!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is the craft brewers!. They started brewing the old style beers thirty years ago!. They brought back real beer to the US!. But in Britain and because of CAMRA real ales were being brewed again at the same time!. It was time for a world beer revolution!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Coors, for creating Bluemoon and convincing everyone that they are a small Belgium brewer based out of Colorado!. :PWww@FoodAQ@Com
