Question: Does beer help prevent hangovers!?
since most of it is water would that mean you keep more hydrated and not get as bad of a headache after!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

The only way I know of to avoid a hangover from any alcohol is drinking water during the event!. And while beer is primarily water based!.!.!.it's the part that isn't water that is the culprit! Beer to cure beer hangover is kind of like drinking blood to fix blood loss!.!.!.not going to process quite right!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Man,!.!.!.!.!.!.if you can consume enough of any beverage that contains enough ethanol that you get drunk enough from it to wake up feeling dehydrated,still talkative and a bit confused(for etc!.)then youve only started to realize the begining of the"getting drunk and staying that way"stage of a party freak!.Beer is a great beginning in the wonderful world of the"I dont(or I dont want to) remember"part of anyones life!.Go with your instinct!.If you wake up feeling like you need to drink a gallon of ice water and you do,and you still dont piss for the first time of the day untill lunchtime and have been up since 8 am,thats the start of the hangover cure!.Hard liquor is on the top of my list for that reaction!.I recieve it about once every two weeks or so but it began by consuming a litre a day of the worst vodka money can buy!.This comes from experience which according to me and alot of the women Ive been with after consuming the way I did,!.!.!.!.!.PAY VERY CLOSE ATTENTION TO WHAT YOUR BODY TELLS YOU AND NOT WHAT YOU THINK!.If your body tells you slow down with the ethanol then do it,drink water the entire time you consume hard liquor!.Beer doesnt really matter until the next day unless you drink boilermakers like I do!.Just do the trial and error and you will learnWww@FoodAQ@Com

Not really, it contains alcohol which dehydrates anyway but a drink the next day (known as a hair of the dog) will sometimes ease the pain ( after struggling with the first 2 pints)!. You'll get drunk agin quickly but go easy because if you go too mad the next day, it'll catch up on you 2-foldWww@FoodAQ@Com

It seems to work for most people but I am personally too sick to my stomach when I have a hangover to manage it!. Greasy food and a big carbonated drink usually do the trick for me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

For me, i have never had a beer hang over!. I do believe since it is more watered out that it prevents it, and does not contain as much alchol as vodka and stuff!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No it doesn't help!. I have had plenty of hangovers from beer!. The during the fermentation process the yeasts also produce fusol alcohols, which cause the hangover effect!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

NO, but vodka works for me!. always try to drink a glass or 2 before you go to sleep after drinking or b4 passing out, helps your body from being dehydratedWww@FoodAQ@Com
