Is it fair to say don`t trust people that don`t drink .Does it hold water (without whiskey in it )?!

Thats an old saying,probably from the notion that when someone has had a few they let their tongues run away with them, they chat too much often letting out secrets, therefore people who dont drink keep a still tongue,keeping secretsWww@FoodAQ@Com
