2 cups chilled limeade
One 750-milliliter bottle Prosecco

Ice

Holiday Punch

INGREDIENTS
4 cups cranberry juice cocktail
8 cups prepared lemonade
2 cups orange juice
1 (4 ounce) jar maraschino cherries
1 (2 liter) bottle ginger ale
1 orange, sliced in rounds
Rum or Southern Comfort to kick it up (leave out if you want non-alcoholic)

DIRECTIONS
In a large punch bowl, combine cranberry juice cocktail, lemonade, and orange juice!. Stir in the maraschino cherries!. Refrigerate for 2 hours or more!.
When ready to serve, pour in the ginger ale!. Garnish each glass with an orange slice!.

Pomegranate Punch

Ingredients:
1 quart Pomegranate juice
2 quarts of carbonated or sparkling water
1 pint Vodka (an aged blended Whiskey may be substituted)
Juice of 1 lemon
orange slices for garnish
Superfine Sugar, if desired

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl and stir!. Add an ice ring to keep cool -- may also be served warm!. Garnish with orange rounds!.

Serves: 20

I would resist the temptation to add pomegrante seeds to the these punches as they may look pretty, but they make it hard to drink (all that crunching, lol)!.

If serving in nice glasses you could also make or buy sugar rimmers!.

TO COLOR: Take the sugar/salt and place it in a heavy duty plastic baggy, then simply add food coloring until you achieve the desired color (remember to start with small amounts first and add until you get your color depth!.) Allow to dry!.

TO FLAVOR: Add a few drops of food flavoring until you get the degree of flavor you like!. This will also add an aroma to your rim which enhances enjoyment!Www@FoodAQ@Com
