Yes, it's possible!. A lot of our national dailies have written extensively about the subject and drawn parallels with 'tasters' in the beverage industry!. Just like the wine industry has people who get paid to taste wine, why can't the beer industry (which is much larger) pay people to taste, rate and review beer!? I used to be a draught beer service man!. I cleaned lines and delivered equipment for parties!. I drank lots of beer and got paid pretty darn good!. After you clean a draught system, the only way to make sure that all the cleaning solution has been flushed out is to taste the beer!. Woo hoo! It was the best day-job I ever had, and I was also really good at it!. Working with draught beer is a skill, and very few beer men really understand it!. Sadly, I elected to take a promotion for better pay and ended up hating the new position!. I miss that job to this day!. It's the only job other than playing music that I have ever really loved!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
