I have lost 6lbs!!! Can I drink Alcohol?!
This weekend my friends are cooking out and I would really like to have an alcoholic beverage or two or five!. What should I drink that has few calories and will not make me put all this weight right back on!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Michelob Ultra light!. It's really gross but it only has 64 calories per bottle!. Or!.!.!.you can drink liquor which has no calories, but watch what you mix it with!.

Instead of light beer, drink water--it tastes better and gives you the same buzz, but is cheaper and has fewer calories!.

The bulk of the calories in alcoholic beverages come from the alcohol, regardless of whether it's clear or not!. april!.jana79 is correct that it takes a few thousand calories over your normal intake to put on a pound!. Most alcoholic drinks are ~150-250 calories, so if it's only one night don't worry about it!. If you're like me, you love to drink but hate being fat, and additional measures may be needed!. I don't have a problem with overeating but don't want to give up my sweet mistress, Beerlita!. I have had to commit to 15 min!. of vigorous exercise for every beer that I drink!. Hard liquor (1 oz) typically has slightly fewer, and the average wine (6 oz) about a third more calories than the average beer, so if you like those you may want to do 12 min!. or 20 min!. exercise per drink, respectively!. But the important thing is to have fun and don't think about it too much!. And congrats on losing the 6 lbs!.!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hey stick to liquor, probably doesn't matter what kind!. Rum and diet coke is good, like that other person said!. Beer and wine coolers are out if you really care that much about 6 pounds, but for one weekend I'd say to hell with it and just go crazy!. Of course I'm a bit partial since I love getting drunk!.

Eat salads and enough low calorie fruits and vegetables that day that you can afford to drink that evening!. Sometimes if you don't splurge occasionally you won't succeed in a diet so just go, drink and enjoy yourself!. The extra weight can be taken off the next day so live your life!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
i dont know where some of these people get there answers!.!.!. every shot of alch!. has 100 calories in it on average!.!. so im not to sure why people are saying if its clear there arent many and that liquer doesnt have any!.!. they must not be drinkers!.!. honestly i just say have 5 to 6 shots of something!.!.!. if you are going to drink!.!.!. dont mix it!.!. because whatever you mix it with will just add sugar and carbs and calories to what you are already drinking!.!.!.

Alcohol has a lot of calories!. A 1!.5 oz shot of liquor has around 100, no matter what type of liquor it is!. I'd say something like a gin and tonic or a beer, seeing as it's a cookout, just don't have too much and you'll be fine!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
