Answers:
Scotch over ice with a twist of lemon peel!. They usually twist the lemon peel to release the zest (aromatic oils) and run the peel along the rim of the glass, then put it in the drink!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Scotch on the rocks with a twist is scotch poured over ice with a piece of lemon peel (no pulp) twisted to release some of the natural lemon oils in the skin, then dropped into the beverage!.

If a drink is served "Neat" it means no ice or additional ingredients!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The "rocks" are ice cubes!.

A twist is a small section of lemon/lime etc that is twisted over the drink to give it a bare hint of lemon/lime taste!.

Personally, as a Scotch drinker, I have never heard of Scotch on the Rocks with a twist!. Sounds disgusting!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Scottish whiskey (although a lot of people call any whisky scotch, when it technically isn't) with ice (the rocks) with a bit of lemon (twist)Www@FoodAQ@Com
