sometimes, depending what you're trying to get them to say!. i've heard people say "you know he was telling the truth, because people don't lie when they're drunk", but i think if you're actually set on keeping something to yourself you will even if you are under the influence!. i find i talk a lot more when im drinking, im usually quite quiet, but i don't think i'm telling people things i really didn't want them to know!.

No!. Drunk people aren't any more honest than regular people!. Example: Ever seen a cop ask someone if they're drunk!? I can guarantee they weren't honest!.
