Can you avoid hangover?!


Question: Can you avoid hangover!?
well if you drink 3 glasses of water, 3 glasses of orange juice and straight to bed after coming back from a nights out, would that stop a hangover!? because i got drunk last night (not to drunk though) and i drank 2 glasses of water and 3 glasses of orange juice and no hangover!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Um!.!.!. possibly!. Pretty much the secret is to stay away from sugary drinks, drink plenty of water throughout the day, and stay well nourished!.

No, but you can make them less severe!. Try to limit the number of sweet and strongly colored drinks!. Generally clear liquor combined with clear mixers will give you the best results!. Always drink plenty of water before bed, avoid cigarettes, and take an alka seltzer the next morning!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Besides the obvious don't drink, a hangover is usually a combination of things, too much alcohol, too little lining in the stomach, and fatigue, if you have a meal, drink in moderation and go to bed at a reasonable hour the night before you should be right!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

after drinking orange juice really hurts my stomach!.

they make those pills now!. the "no hang over" pills!. i took them once, and i got really drunk way too easily and the next day i woke up drunk which is not unusual, but then eventual i did have the hang over so they did not work!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
