Is the wine fermenting properly!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
yes, if you can hear the gas (CO2) escaping then your wine is still fermenting!. It sounds like everything is going well!. As long as gas is escaping it is fermenting!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You should be using a bubbler lock (water)!. When the bubbles stop forming, say one an hour you can safely bottle your wine!. There are many books available on Wine Making!. Next batch you make add about a 1/4 cup of raisins!. Soak them in warm water to cover for about 20 minutes, drain and add to the mash!. This will remove the sulphates!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
