Answers:
It's what he would've wanted!?

I think he would've wanted to be alive!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I understand, but please be respectful of others at the funeral!.

If the deceased was an old drinking buddy of yours he probably would want you to toast his life with a cold one!. But there may be other family or friends that did not approve of his drinking or anyone elses!.

Find a way to celebrate his honor with a cold one or two in his name with those of his friends that approve of this but without offending those that do not!.

A little tact in a delicate situation!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I say go for it!.
In all respect, of corse!.

If he would have wanted you to get sh!t faced, go with it!.

Do it for him!.
Whatever he wanted, do it in respect!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If people aren't drinking at my funeral I've failed in my mission!. Drink some, pour some out and light up the pyre, that's how my friends are getting rid of me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It would be better to have celebration of the person not all the sadness of there death!.!.!.!.But a salute or toast at the funeral, not a full blown redneck hodown or anything like that!!! That should come afterwards!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1) Make sure you bering enough for everyone!.

2) Don;t crack a cold one DURING the eulogy

3) Dispose of the cans properlyWww@FoodAQ@Com

I think a get together after with beer would be good!.
