I think that if you habitually rely on alcohol to make your life livable, you're going to run into problems!. I'd encourage you to find other things to boost your self esteem, and travel in circles that will foster that confidence!. Using alcohol occasionally is fine, but you're talking about self-medicating with a highly addictive substance!. I'd encourage you to talk to a counselor about how to work on your confidence before you rely on "liquid courage" to get you through your life!. You certainly can't drive more confidently, be more confident in the workplace, or have the confidence to ask detailed questions at your kid's school all because of alcohol!. Be careful what you use alcohol for!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I am afraid what you are describing is a common form of alcoholism!. you don't become empowered by alcohol, it alters your perceptions to thinking your doing better than you are!. You feel like you are in control but those around you will see you as out of control!. Take up trivia instead!. Your mind will grow nimble, your confidence will grow, and you will become more interesting and have more to talk about!. The self esteem issue will fade as you engage more people and enjoy their respect!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i wud say !.!.!.!.!. no !.!.!. confidence comes out with acceptance of reality and aleartness and not by loosing the thinking power !.!.!. alchohol !.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
