I swear by this stuff called Chaser!. You can get it at a drug store, usually in the vitamin section!. Take 2 with your first drink and then one every few drinks!. I used to get wicked hangovers and when I take Chaser its like the drinking the night before never happened!.

And it is always a good idea to mix water in-between some drinks just to keep yourself hydrated!. (That one is a personal rule for me)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

When I was in graduate school, a Uruguayan fellow told me that, if you eat a boiled egg before you go to sleep, you will avoid the hangover (my experience is that you get the "body-over" - that slow, dirty feeling, but it is not painful and you can function reasonably well)!.
I used that method for years, until I gave up eating eggs!. Once, I did not have a boiled egg lying around (HINT: boil your egg before you go out, while you are still legal to play with fire and electricity), and so I ate a Chinese "thousand year" egg!. (It worked!.)
This egg plan works if you do it before you sleep!.

If you cannot eat eggs for whatever reason, then drink as much (non-diet) Coca-Cola as you can get down (okay, two or three cans or bottles), or drink two or three glasses of water in which you have dissolved a tablespoon of sugar!. Coca-Cola is the best - there is something in the formula!.

These two work if you drink them before you sleep!. They have the added advantage that, if you don't, you will still get some benefit if you drink it in the morning, although not as much!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

drink lots of water before, during, and before you go to sleep!. that way you won't end up getting a headache from dehydration!. also, if you do end up getting sick, force yourself to eat something tomorrow morning!. i know it won't sound appealing at the time, but greasy food always somehow helps make my stomach feel better!

i'm reading these other tips! it's my 21st b-day tonight at midnight! so i'll need them!. hahaWww@FoodAQ@Com

i have a few!.

liquor before beer and your in the clear, beer before liquor you get even sicker!.

avoid mixing beer and liquor!. clear liquors are best if you are going with liquor!.

drink LOTS of water!. Generally 1 glass of water (or gatorade is even better) per alcoholic beverage will help!. then take two advil before bed!. i rarely get hung over like the other people around me and i always use these tricks!.

if you do get hung over- eat something greasy!. it soaks up the alcohol and really helps!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Alcoholism starts earlier all the time!.

Drink a lot of water, eat something before you go to bed!. Hangovers are caused from dehydration (alcohol dehydrates you), and the food will help take the buzz off before you go to bed, that is, if you dont just pass out drunk in the alley of some bar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Vitamin B12, helps to speed up your metabolism to allow the alcohol to get through your system faster!. take it after your done drinking!. water or gatorade before you sleep, the hangover is caused by the dehydration the alcohol causesWww@FoodAQ@Com

since you have nothing but smart asses to respond to your question heres the best advice i can give their is a morning after pill in all your local exxons etc!. take one of those for no hangover or take a shot of whatever you drank the night before the morning afterWww@FoodAQ@Com

drink a glass of water and two aspirin before going to sleep (Do NOT take tylenol! It and alcohol = bad for liver!)Www@FoodAQ@Com

make sure you stay super hydrated, for every drink you have, have 8 ounces of water!. (alcohol causes dehydration, which is the main cause of a hangover)
and also, eat some snacks, food is good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Usually, you feel lousy the next day because alcohol dehydrates you!.
If you consume non-caffienated beverages along with the cocktails, you won't feel so bad in the morning!. The downside is you will pee a lot!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

if you do get hangover, in the first 30 minutes you feel hangover, drink a pint of water and a bannana!. it will make you feel better!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Eat a lot before drinking and drink a lot of water throughout the nightWww@FoodAQ@Com
