What is sour mix and how much is it?!

It's fructose syrup, water and hopefully the juice of both lemons and limes!. Most often it's concentrate in the store bought stuff if that good!. You can make your own sour mix though and it's easy and cheap!. Buy yourself some sugar!.!.!.3 cups to 3 cups water!.!.!.heat over medium till boiling!. When it totally cools to simple syrup then add 2 cups lemon juice and 2 cups lime juice (may be concentrate, who cares!?) and stir!. It comes out tasty, clean and real!. I recommend that you add 2 cups water to mellow it out but you can add more or less to your taste!. Sour mix rules and without it you miss half the best recipes out there!. Cheers!Www@FoodAQ@Com
