Wean yourself off of it!.

If you drink 33 cans a week, only buy a pack of 24 and no more!.

Then switch to a 24 pack of Diet Coke for a couple of weeks!.

Then switch to a 12 pack of Diet Coke for a couple of weeks!.

Then switch to a 12 pack of something like 7-up for a few weeks!.

Then buy a 24-pack of bottled water and put that in your fridge where your soda would go, so you'll automatically reach for a bottle of water instead!.

Buy packets of Crystal Light to put in your bottles of water to give them flavor!. They're much healthier for you than something like Kool-Aid and they have tons of different flavors!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

that's almost 5 cans/day!. way to much!. i'll be willing to bet you don't even enjoy it!. hopefully you don't drink coffee as well!.

you're chemically dependent on caffeine!. you will probably need professional help weaning yourself off it!. you need to admit you need help (to yourself) and then go get it!. perhaps someone close to you can help!.
