Was 1995 a good year for Far Niente?!
My husband and I love Far Niente and haven't had it in a while!. I found a bottle of 1995 Far Niente and I can't remember if 1995 was a good year or not!. Help me please!Www@FoodAQ@Com

95 was a great year for Far Niente but depending on the bottle you're holding, it may have reached and/or passed it's maturity!. If it's their Cab (specifically the Cave Collection), you should be good because I believe that their 95 Cave Collection was the best, though you should drink now (of course I'm basing this of the fact that the bottle has been properly stored/cellared)!. If it's the Chardonnay, I would be hesitant because they're maturity is somewhere between 10-12/13 years max!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
