I've also heard that drinking any mixed drink that is mixed w/carbonated beverage somehow speeds up/increases the effects!. Never actually tested the theory but it could be true!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, it will get you drunk faster, but it won't make you any more drunk!. The carbonation will increase the rate of consumption, but it does not add to the amount of alcohol in a drink, so you won't be any more drunk in the end!.

No, but if you have trouble downing alcohol without something to sweeten it and mask the alcohol flavor, mixing in coke could help you drink more, and more quickly!. Which, of course, will get you more drunk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

no but it is true for redbull because the caffiene tricks you into thinking you aren't as drunk as you really are and when the caffeine starts to wear off you find that you are wasted!. they are working on banning the drink in the usWww@FoodAQ@Com

No, it can't make you get drunk faster, but it can make you drink faster!. Pure spirits will get you drunker faster!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
