I think i just screwed up my wine batch. help please?!

Question: I think i just screwed up my wine batch!. help please!?
i brewed up the must!. when i took the specific gravity reading, it read about 1!.100, so i added water and it looked like it had gone to about 1!.150, so i added a bunch of sugar and that made it go to 1!.200!. i now have 6 gallons of must in a 6!.5 gallon fermenter!. the yeast i used recommended 5 grams per 5 gallon batch!. so i then decided i should put about a gram more of yeast to the batch!. will it all turnout alright!? should i do anything to try and fix it!? does this mean i'll get more or less alcohol content in the end!? also, should the hydrometer have water leak into it!? i noticed after i took the reading there was a little must inside the hydrometer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Just leave it go and see how it turns out!. Extra yeast won't harm it!. It's too late to do anything now, anyway!. The extra water should have lowered, not raised the hydrometer reading so if your hydrometer is leaking, throw it out and buy a new one!. People have been making wine for thousands of years and if you kept things reasonably clean, there's no reason it won't work for you, too!. The worst thing that can happen is that the wine will sour or rot!. That happens when too much bacteria is introduced and overcomes the yeast!. Otherwise, the yeast naturally holds bacteria at bay!. Open a beer, sit back and relax for the next few months!. It's not like you owe someone for a lost shipment of coke, you know!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

it should be fine,i often make mistakes, and have never had a problem, as long as no air get sin, it iwll be fine
