I was just wondering if all oranges have navels?!

Question: I was just wondering if all oranges have navels!?
Do all oranges have navels, or just some of them!? And how are oranges related, if at all, to tangerines!? And can tangerines reproduce naturally, or do they need to be cross-pollinated with something else!?

Edit: I have no idea why Yahoo suggested this go to Wine and Spirits!.

Thank you,
