How long does an open bottle of wine keep?!
i have an opend bottle of winethat was previously refregirated, i took it out and it in the pantry!. how long will it keep!? (th eres about half there)Www@FoodAQ@Com

About a week or so at the most!. If you refrigerate it (red or white) always bring red wine back to room temp before serving, of course!. Air is what causes wine to go bad!. So the best thing is to buy smaller bottles if you aren't able to finish it when opening!. Look for 187ml in 4 packs, which are available for many wine brands such as Turning Leaf, Redwood Creek, Gallo Family Vineyards, to name a few!Www@FoodAQ@Com
I hope you didn't refrigerate RED wine:) Opened wine should be fairly drinkable for 1-2 days after opening it!. Then, you can use it for cooking for a bit!. After a while, it will turn to vinegar thoughWww@FoodAQ@Com
