I woke up in an alley and don't remember what happened!?!
The last thing i remember is seeing the ceiling of the bar moving at an alarming rate then it felt as if i had taken flight!. at that point i blacked out!. What could be the cause of this!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Depends on the situation!. You could have just gotten very drunk very quickly!. Im assuming you didnt since you wouldnt be asking the question!.
Were you drinking beer out of a bottle or open drinks!? There is a chance that you were slipped a sedative such as Rohypnol!. I know it might sound crazy but i have heard stories from girls AND GUYS that have been roofied at nightclubs or bars!. There are some real sickos out there so you just have to be careful!. Oh, yes, that's terribly worrisome!. Perhaps you should see a doctor, get a full work up done!. You could have postamniotic hypochondrosis, which does cause these symptoms!. Its suffers also have a propencity to go prone in alleys!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
