Does scotch whiskey go bad after time?!

No!. Since alcohol is a natural preservative and scotch whisky has at least 40% alcohol the whisky will stay good until the end of time!. Did u know there are scotches on the maket that have been aged for over 50 years!? 100 years!? (Sometimes priced at $2000 and up) I know its crazy but aging the whsky allows it develop a very smooth a mellow character!. Realize when I say aged I mean in oak barrels not the glass bottle!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
If it's in a proper container, no!.
But if you look at old bottles w/ broken seals you'll see that the alcohol has started to evaporate!. It's usually not a problem with full sized bottles for years, but miniatures can evaporate most of their contents in 20 years or so!. If you look at collectible miniatures of whisky, they'll rate how much has evaporated!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
