What's the difference between black and white sambuca?!

There is none but you can make different drinks with the different colors both are licorice flavored!. Just if you want a dark drink use black if you want light use white!. Thats it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Ive never seen black sambuca, but generally darker drinks are aged in wood barrels (or artificially colored to seem that way)!. In almost all cases white drinks are better for avoiding hangovers, while dark ones may have more complex flavors!. I am a regular sambuca drinker and I would stick with the white!. Dark sounds like a Jegar knock off!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
