Wine...question about how to pair it.?!


Question: Wine!.!.!.question about how to pair it!.!?
What wines should be paired with what foods!. First, RED and WHITE, but then, what kinds of reds and whites!. My favorite reds are cabernet sauvignon, merlot, shiraz, and pinot noir, but what kinds of foods compliment them!. I dont really like white wines, but what should they be paired with to compliment the food you are eating!?Www@FoodAQ@Com


Answers:
Usually the rule of thumb is red wine compliments red meats and white wine compliments poultry and seafood!. Of course, white wine also compliments bread and cheeses whereas red wine is great with chocolate!.

However, there isn't a right or wrong answer as wine is meant to compliment the consumer's particular palette!. In other words, whatever tastes best to you and/or your guests is the correct answer and the proper practice!.

Well, I rather a red wine too the food compliments is steaks,seafoods,chesse or any foods you like I think!. Red wine is nice to go with your dinner while white wine is good for drinking time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i dont really know that much about wine but i can tell you that a dry cheese would compliment a dry red wine nicely!. and the other way around!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

red and/or white wine can be paired with basically anything!.
usually they are drank with a nice dinner, ie steak etc!.

red wine is nice with cheese and crackers!.
as well as white wine!.

Penis Stew
1 pound of penis, ram's or bull's
3 tbls!. oil
1 large chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
1 tsp coriander seeds, crushed
1 tsp salt
freshly ground black pepper

Scald the penis, then drain and clean!.
Place the penis in a saucepan, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil!.
Remove any scum, then simmer for 10 minutes!.
Drain and slice!.
Heat the oil in a large skillet!.
Add the onion, garlic, and coriander and fry until the onion is golden!.
Add the penis slices and fry on both sides for a few minutes!.
Stir in the remaining ingredients with a good grinding of pepper, add enough water to cover, and bring to a boil!.
Lower the heat, cover, and simmer for about 2 hours, or until tender!.
Add a little water from time to time if necessary to prevent burning!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
