just tilt the beer so alot of it is going into your mouth!. Then swallow big gulps!. You kinda let it just go down your throat!. If your doing it right you wont need to take a breath for air!. You can practice with water just dont overdo it cause too much water can kill you!. While too much beer will just make you throw it up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
