How long should i wait before trying my home brew?!


Question: How long should i wait before trying my home brew!?
I've recently made 2 gallons of beer through a Mr!. Beer brewing kit i got for x-mas!. I have carbonated it for around 11 days and put in it in my fridge to chill!. So how long now before i can sample my creation!? I'm very eager to keep brewing so i wanna see how my first batch turns out!. I really want to try it as soon as i can!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try it!. If it's carbonated, enjoy it!. If not, set the bottles out at room temperature for a few more days!.

Once beer is carbonated, you only have to wait until it cools to the temperature at which you like to drink it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

different beers have different needs!.!.!. and to the guy who wrote wait a couple months- beer is not wine, it doesnt need to age many beers taste better fresh!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
