Well, it's beer, firstly!.
Wine is strong, despite people downplaying on the fact that it's not a strong alcohol!. If consumed in higher dosages, it is!. Don't start off with wine if you're not a drinker!. Especially not red!.
Beer is good at times!. Try a small pint of bud-lite or any which has less alcoholic content (Less than 5% v/v) and consume slowly!. The body has it's limitations when orienting itself to alcohol!.
It's effects:
THE GOOD
A good feeling of elevated lightness!. Sip your alcohol slowly!. There's no hurry!. It releases stress & you feel better!. Not necessarily the first time, but twice or thrice over when familiar with the taste!. Recommended dosage of one or a couple of light beers once in a week, or a couple small glasses of light white wine, only when you feel the body is receptive, after or with meals!.
THE BAD
Body gets dehydrated!. Blood-flow increases with a higher heart rate!. Food consumption is more, to level the alcohol content!.
If consumed in excess, it causes severe delusion!. The body rejects the alcohol, inducing sleep & repeated vomiting sensations!. Even when the dosage is a little above normal, delusion occurs & might induce instant sleep, with craving for food!. If you wake up the next morning with a reduced or lost ability to recall events occurred the previous evening, don't be surprised!. It's very scary & would have you weak in the knees!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
